GENERAL
We supply concrete reinforcing bars designed with improved strength, tensile strength, fatigue strength, and adhesion to concrete. The bars are commonly deformed with ribs. The ribbed steel rod can improve bonding to the concrete and minimize any concrete cracking that may occur as a result of concrete shrinkage. In practical uses, the steel bars can be fabricated in forms like cage / pipe or mesh. Rebar welded concrete reinforcement mesh rolls and panels offer fixed structure and easy uses compared with traditional tied rebars. Rebar cage is a spot welded steel reinforcement structure deformed in pile cages or pipe shapes. This reinforcing wire / bar cages are used for big-span concrete constructions.

Quality level:
1. Surface shrinkage and secondary shrinkage, surface porosity, separate skin are not allowed.
2. Cracks appearing at surface, scabs, macro-inclusions, laps, double skin, shearing cracks and protruding material are not allowed
3. Scratches, rolling traces, concavities, pin-holes, are allowed for a maximum depth of 2mm
4. Surface cracks and oscillation marks are allowed for a maximum depth of 1 mm.
5. Billets presenting surface defects larger than the above limitations are allowed to be surface conditioned by grinding.
